There are 3 options you can choose from, where you can adjust the amount during the guest's booking.
If the guest spends over a certain amount.
You check the box and enter the amount they need to spend before you apply the discount. On the right, you select the percentage discount you wish to offer.
If the guest spends over, for example, 3000 DKK and you want to give a discount.
You check the box, enter 3000 DKK in the amount field, and select the percentage you wish to offer.
If you want a minimum payment for accommodation. This is typically used if you want to charge extra for guests who only stay for 1 night.
Your price for a single room is 350 DKK, and for a double room, the price is 400 DKK. You would like to charge an extra 10% for a single room and an additional 40 DKK for a double room if they only stay for 1 night.
You check the box and enter 401 DKK under the amount. Under percentage, you select 10%.
This means that anyone booking for under 401 DKK will see the price increased by 10%.
If you want to secure a deposit when the guest books.
The guest will always be charged at least the payment agreed upon with us.
You check the box, select the amount that must be paid before you require a deposit, and on the right, you enter the percentage you wish to charge extra when the guest reserves.
This percentage can be adjusted depending on the season.
You want guests who spend more than 2000 DKK to pay a larger deposit to secure the booking.
You check the box on the left, enter 2000 DKK in the amount field, and specify the percentage you want them to pay extra.
