In case of a problem BBEU gives limited support to hosts. In order to help you the fullest, it is important that you are as specific as possible when reporting a problem. The usual questions you need to be able to answer in your message is (depending on your problem, if you can't login, your browser is more relevant than your e-mail client, but in general): - what procedure you have followed and what happened - your operating system (e.g. Windows XP, OS X) - your email client (e.g. Outlook 2003, Thunderbird) - your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0)
