Instant booking is for you who want to provide your guests with an extra service while gaining an advantage yourself.
Instant booking was created because guests demand it. They want quick clarity on where to stay while also seeking a fast response. You should consider that the guest does not know exactly when they will receive an answer if you do not have Instant booking.
Instant booking means that you, as a host, must keep your calendar updated at all times, and all customers you may receive from other sources must be entered into the calendar. This will also make it easier for you as a host, as you will have a quick and easy overview of your bookings on the calendar.
We would like to mention that you can also have the calendar on your own website and on the other websites you are listed on, such as the tourist office. By using this, you will provide your guests with a much better service, and we believe that hosts with Instant booking will receive more bookings, as guests will get a quicker response.
When a guest books, they receive an immediate confirmation that the booking is confirmed, without you having to say yes or no to the reservation. This means that the guest gets a confirmed booking regardless of whether you are at work, on vacation, or sleeping, as not all guests reside in Danish time zones.
The booking button is also marked with a blue color, while hosts who wish to accept or decline bookings have a green color.
Instant booking means that all hosts with Instant bookings will appear at the top under a city, regardless of distance. If you live a bit outside a city, you can set your rental to Instant booking and thus be placed higher on the list. (Coming in version 1.2)
Today, many have a system of their own, such as a notepad on their desk, which we believe should be on the website and be just as natural as your prices, images, and similar information on the website.
