Booking When you are making a booking on the homepage of bedandbreakfast ApS or of one of their agents, this booking shall be binding for you. You pay an amount to ensure the booking. The booking may either be a request booking or an instant booking. This will appear from the information of the individual landlord. When you as a guest have filled in the information which is necessary in order to make a booking, then you also accept that bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators may forward emails to you, concerning the booking before, under or after your stay.

Prepayment In connection with any booking, an amount shall be paid which may consist of a prepayment for the stay, a booking fee, a credit card fee, bank costs or any other costs in connection with the booking and/or any third party costs. Only the part of this amount which is a prepayment for the stay with the landlord will be deducted the payment at the landlord. No amount will be drawn from your account before any booking has been confirmed by the landlord.

Currency When the guest makes a booking, this may be paid in various currencies. When you as a guest receive the bill from your credit card company /bank concerning your payment, there may be a difference as to the price at the time of the booking. These differences have nothing to do with bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators, and you will not be able to claim any compensation from bedandbreakfast ApS or any of their agents / consolidators. Payment to the landlord shall always be made in the local currency.

Change of booking Any change of a booking will be considered as a cancellation of the booking and afterwards a new booking. There will be made no kind of repayment or remuneration of the amount in relation to any change of a booking.

Cancellation Where a confirmed booking is cancelled, no amount will be repaid, irrespective of the reason to the cancellation of the booking. With some insurance companies it will be possible to purchase an insurance to cover the amount in the case of any cancellation or illness. All cancellations will have to be made through your booking at the homepages of bedandbreakfast ApS or those of their agents / consolidators and will only be valid in case the cancellation has been made through this.

No show Where a guest should not arrive, there will be no repayment of the amount paid. Where the guest should be prevented from arriving, irrespective of the reason, or should arrive at a later time due to any accident, the guest shall give notice hereof to the overnight accommodation. The landlord shall be entitled to claim the entire amount in case of No show.

Number of persons In case you should arrive with a minor number of persons than booked, the overnight accommodation will charge payment for the number of persons stated in the booking. In case you should arrive with a larger number of persons than booked, extra payment will have to be made for these extra persons.

Information on the homepage. All information on the homepage shall be at the responsibility of the overnight accommodation and no others’. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators shall not be held responsible for any of this information.

Complaints In case any problems should arise before arrival, these will – in the first place – have to be communicated to the overnight accommodation. During the stay, any complaints / wishes shall be made directly to the overnight accommodation. After the stay, all complaints shall be made directly to the overnight accommodation. Where the guest and the overnight accommodation cannot obtain any agreement, complaints shall be made to bedandbreakfastApS or their agents / consolidators who will comment on the complaint or send it to bedandbreakfastApS or their agents. Costs, if any, in connection with the complaint, it may be translations or any other costs, shall be paid by the complainant. This payment shall be made before the complaint can be dealt with. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators will forward information about this. bedandbreakfastApS or their agents / consolidators shall not be responsible for the complaint and bedandbreakfastApS or their agents / consolidators shall – under no circumstances – be held liable for anything, neither before the stay, during the stay nor after the stay. Accepted / agreed venue for bedandbreakfastApS or their agents / consolidators shall be Copenhagen. Disputes, if any, shall be settled according to Danish legislation.

Force majeure Where bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators or the overnight accommodation shall be unable to fulfill their booking due to problems which rest outside bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators or the landlords, no claim can be made concerning compensation or repayment of the amount paid. It may be due to any war, earthquake, terror, blockade / boycott, acts of God, fire, delay in transportation, strike, industrial incidences or accidents or epidemics. Neither the overnight accommodation, nor bedandbreakfastApS, nor their agents / consolidators shall be responsible for any loss of any kind. No kind of repayment shall be made either.

In general bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators have a homepage on which you as a guest will be able to make one or several bookings. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators shall not be responsible for any contents, prices, pictures, texts since the landlords insert all necessary information on their homepages. This is a customer service homepage for the guests who wish to make their own bookings. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators will do their utmost to ensure that all information on the homepage is true and correct. All bookings are made directly to the landlord and is an agreement between the landlord and the guest. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators shall solely act as a commission agent. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators solely charge a deposit / prepayment for the guest’s booking together with costs in connection herewith. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators shall not be responsible for any of this information on the homepage. In order to use this homepage, the user will have to be 18 years old as a minimum. Where the guest tries to or performs any kind of abuse or any unauthorised use , the guest may be excluded from using the homepage. If the guest tries to or performs any kind of unlawful acts, legal actions will be taken against this guest and the guest will be held responsible for his/her actions. This shall also be the case if the guest should take actions with the landlord. In that case the landlord shall be entitled to make the guest responsible for his/her actions, and the landlord may take legal actions against the guest. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators shall have the right to inform / assist the landlord in connection with any information which the guest has given to bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators. All stated prices shall be included all taxes and duties on the time where the booking is made. bedandbreakfast ApS or their agents / consolidators or landlords may change their prices against explicit and clear documentation in the case of any changes in duties, taxes or foreign currencies.
